Option C is a real failure mode, but ammonia SCC needs a specific contaminant history and tensile stress that most LPG bullets don't see. Option D sounds modern and tied to CP upgrades, yet hydrogen issues show up with high-strength steels and aggressive potentials, not typical LPG bullets. The coastal wet-dry cycle plus chlorides attacking coating holidays is the mechanism that actually matches the environment described.
