1. How much does it cost to join?

• Initial registration is free.

2. Who can join?

• Any legal entity or a company or an individual (above the age of 18 years) who has a requirement or engineering project to be executed can join as "Company" to post a project or a design competition.
• Similarly any legal entity or a company or an individual (above the age of 18 years) can join as an "Expert" to utilize their expertise to execute the posted project or a design competition.
• You can be from any Engineering Industry Domain with required engineering background and knowledge and be able to join as Company or an Expert.

3. How do I join?

• Click on Sign In, enter your basic details and verify your email address.

4. How do I bid for projects

• Once you log in as an "Expert", please look under "Find Projects" to look for different projects posted. Alternatively, you may also be invited via email to bid for a project.

5. As a company, why do I need to complete my profile?

• As part of our commitment to help you find a good expert for your project, we request you to complete your profile to find a suitable match for the project on board. An updated profile only helps further in this transparent process & ensure authentication.

6. As an Expert, why do I need to complete my profile?

• As part of our commitment to quality, we request your cooperation to provide as much details about yourself and as accurate as possible. This will help Company to determine your suitability for their project. It will help you to be selected to execute a project that best matches your skills.

7. What is EveryEng commission?

• EveryEng charges a commission from both Company and Experts for project execution. Please refer to our payment terms and conditions for more details.

8. How does the payment process work?

• Once the company accepts a project bid of an expert, EveryEng will collect the payment from the company and retain with itself. Once the project is completed by the expert and verified by the company, EveryEng will immediately transfer the amount into expert wallet.
• We request both the company and the expert to ensure that their bank details are updated at all times. Any inconsistencies will only delay the project and the payment process

9. What are the transaction charges?

EveryEng Engineering LLP uses 3rd party products listed below.

10. Why was my application rejected?

• In one of the possible and very rare cases, we may have found anomalies in your profile. With due respect to other registered users and their privacy, we may have kept your profile on hold. Please contact us via hello@everyeng.com for more clarification.

11. How does the feedback system work?

• Once a project is completed, we invite both the company and the expert to rate each other and provide valuable feedback. This helps us to grow organically as a collaborating team by learning from our experiences. The ratings are averaged over number of feedbacks received per completed project.

12. What happens if my expert leaves the project mid-way?

• Please connect with one of our support team using "Contact Us" form. We aim to respond back to your queries within 48 hours.
