Junior Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the construction and infrastructure industry. This role offers hands-on exposure to site execution, quality control, project coordination, documentation, and engineering best practices while working alongside experienced professionals.

* Assist in supervising day-to-day construction and site activities.

* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.

* Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), measurement records, and site documentation.

* Monitor material usage, deliveries, and inventory at the project site.

* Assist in quantity measurements, billing support, and project documentation.

* Help identify and resolve basic technical issues during project execution.

* Maintain proper communication with project managers and other stakeholders.

* Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with site regulations.
