We are looking for a result-driven and confident Sales Executive with prior experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation capabilities, excellent closing skills, and a professional presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. This role requires someone who understands the education market, can build trust with prospects, and convert leads into long-term clients.
What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospects.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and institutional clients.
Maintain CRM records and sales trackers regularly.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Develop personalized outreach strategies to increase response rates.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for campaign-based lead generation.
Stay updated with EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Requirements
Minimum 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in EdTech Sales (Mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong LinkedIn outreach and social selling skills.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Confident in handling objections and closing deals independently.
Understanding of consultative selling approach.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
