Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven and confident Sales Executive with prior experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have strong lead generation capabilities, excellent closing skills, and a professional presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. This role requires someone who understands the education market, can build trust with prospects, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach.

  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with prospects.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, professionals, and institutional clients.

  • Maintain CRM records and sales trackers regularly.

  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.

  • Develop personalized outreach strategies to increase response rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for campaign-based lead generation.

  • Stay updated with EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in EdTech Sales (Mandatory).

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    • Strong LinkedIn outreach and social selling skills.

    • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

    • Confident in handling objections and closing deals independently.

    • Understanding of consultative selling approach.

    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
