PLC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and commissioning PLC-based control systems across various industrial projects.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text)

• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems (WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.)

• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical and control schematics

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

1. Design, develop, and program PLC systems for industrial automation projects

2. Work with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or equivalent

3. Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces for monitoring and control systems

4. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning at site

5. Prepare technical documentation including functional design specifications, I/O lists, and control narratives

6. Collaborate with electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical teams for integrated system delivery

7. Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

8. Provide technical support during project execution and post-installation

9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
