Salesman – Logistics (Import & Export)

We are looking for an experienced Salesman with a strong background in the logistics and import-export industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics sales and a proven ability to develop new business and maintain strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and import-export sector.

• Generate leads and acquire new clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Promote logistics, freight forwarding, import/export and related services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales / freight forwarding / import-export.

• Strong knowledge of logistics and international trade processes.

• Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.

• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to generate leads independently and achieve sales targets.

• Existing industry contacts/network will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in the Oman/GCC logistics market will be preferred.
