HVAC Design Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The role involves end-to-end HVAC system design, including heat load calculations, equipment selection, and preparation of design drawings for commercial and industrial projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing efficient and cost-effective HVAC systems aligned with industry standards.

Perform heat load calculations using HAP / TRACE or equivalent software

Design HVAC systems including chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and ducting layouts

Prepare detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD / Revit MEP

Select HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, etc.

Develop schematics, layouts, and BOQs based on project requirements

Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards, NBC guidelines, and client specifications

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients for design approvals

Review technical submittals and vendor drawings

Provide technical support during project execution, installation, and commissioning

Conduct site visits for design validation and troubleshooting
