Sr. Executive – Customer Relationship Management

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sr. Executive – Client Servicing to manage existing paid clients, strengthen relationships, drive renewals, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

* Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

* Understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Drive subscription renewals and client retention.

* Identify and generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

* Handle client queries and service-related concerns effectively.

* Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with assigned clients.

* Achieve monthly revenue targets through renewals and additional sales.

* Maintain accurate client and business records.

* Travel locally for client meetings when required.

Eligibility

* Graduate: Minimum 9 months of relevant sales experience.

* MBA: Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience.

* Experience in B2B Sales, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Subscription Sales or Customer Success preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

* Must own a laptop and two-wheeler.

* Valid Driving License (DL) mandatory.
