This job is for an automobile company.

To monitor and measure product. Plan, organize the Inspection activity which ensure the most effective return on assets.

To analyse the data regarding the conformity to product requirements.

To ensure the verification of the purchased product.

knowledge of Measurement system Analysis & SPC.

To plan and carry out Layout Inspection.

To plan and carry out child part Inspection.

To monitor effectiveness of process product audit NC’s.

Knowledge of PPAP for running model & new developed products as Customer desired.

To ensure Hold(NC) parts & assy with tracebility(Rework review and verification)

Daily morning meeting with PDI persons for customer concerns,Increase customer satisfaction by improving part quality .

To Monitor Control plan review and updation

Measuring instruments knowledge QMS Awareness, Defect Knowledge, Inspection Method, TS-16949 & EHS Awareness, Engineering drawing knowledge,Geometric dimensioning and tolerance , Awareness of Customer requirements(CSR), PPAP, FMEA ,CP ,Leadership, RCA & SCAP, SAP , PTDB, Use of measuring & test equipment’s, Process Product knowledge & requirement, CMM Knowledge,Contingency Plan, Welding Technology,
