About this role
What you'll be doing day-to-day.
To support the design, coordination, and execution of HVAC systems in building projects, ensuring efficient climate control, energy optimization, and compliance with industry standards.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Understanding of heat load calculation concepts
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Basic MS Excel for calculations and reporting
Exposure to Revit MEP / HAP software and ASHRAE standards (preferred)
What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
Assist in HVAC system design including ducting layouts, piping, and equipment selection (AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, chillers)
Perform basic heat load calculations and support ventilation design
Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD; assist in Revit models (if applicable)
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for MEP integration
Support site supervision, installation checks, and quality control
Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, and project documentation
