HVAC Planning Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Planning Engineer responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring HVAC works across projects. The candidate will coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure timely completion of HVAC systems while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Certification in Project Planning (Primavera / MS Project) is preferred

1. Prepare detailed project schedules for HVAC works using tools like Primavera P6 / MS Project

2. Develop baseline schedules, track progress, and update project timelines regularly

3. Coordinate with HVAC design and execution teams to align project milestones

4. Monitor site progress and identify delays or risks, suggesting corrective actions

5. Plan material, manpower, and equipment requirements for HVAC installation

6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management

8. Support procurement team by forecasting material requirements

9. Review HVAC drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs

10. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHU, ducting, ventilation systems)

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project / Excel

• Understanding of MEP coordination and construction workflows

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
