What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
As a CNC / HMC Machine Operator, you will drive daily precision manufacturing by setting up, running, and monitoring CNC and HMC machines. You will work directly from engineering blueprints, manage tool offsets, and inspect parts with precision gauges (Vernier calipers, micrometers) to deliver zero-defect components. If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting, maintaining steady production flow, and taking pride in high-accuracy machining on a safe shop floor, this role is built for you.
At a Glance
Operate & Set Up: Load workpieces, mount fixtures, and set work coordinate offsets (G54–G59).
Read & Inspect: Interpret technical drawings and verify part accuracy using standard measuring tools.
