As an OSH supervisor you'd help create a safer workplace, reducing the risk of accidents and promoting overall employee well-being in the company.

• Identify and Evaluate Hazards

• Conduct workplace safety inspections

• Create and implement safety measures and policies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the safety of all personnel.

• Monitor Compliance: Ensure that the workplace complies with local and national health and safety regulations, as well as international standards.

• Provide training sessions for employees on safety practices and emergency procedures is a key part of their role, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

• Incident Investigation: In the event of an accident or near-miss, investigate the incident to determine its cause and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Prepare reports on safety inspections, incidents, and compliance, which are essential for management and regulatory bodies.
