About this role
What you'll be doing day-to-day.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Quality Engineer to monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure high product quality and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify process issues, implement improvements, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in process quality, manufacturing quality, or quality assurance.
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar standards).
Familiarity with quality tools and statistical analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Develop and implement quality control plans and process improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform internal process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
Analyze process data and prepare reports on quality performance metrics.
Support implementation of quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, SPC, and 5S.
Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and ensure quality standards are maintained during process setup.
Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
