3-Handling The Manpower

4-Daily & Monthly MIS prepration and present to management .

5-To monitor and measure product.Plan, organize the Inspection activity which ensure the most effective return on assets.

6-knowledge of Measurement system Analysis & SPC.

7-Measuring instruments knowledge QMS Awareness, Defect Knowledge, Inspection Method, TS-16949 & EHS Awareness, Engineering drawing knowledge,Geometric dimensioning and tolerance , Awareness of Customer requirements(CSR), PPAP, FMEA ,CP ,Leadership, RCA & SCAP, SAP , PTDB, Use of measuring & test equipment’s, Process Product knowledge & requirement,

8-Knowledge of PPAP for running model & new developed products as Customer desired.

9-To plan and carry out Layout Inspection.

10.-Communication with process owner to reduce the welding defects reports at PDI
