· Technical Sales:

o Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions that meet specific customer needs.
o Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
· Business Development and Account Management:
o Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or industry.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at customer organizations.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
o Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in industrial automation.
· Proposal Development and Negotiation:
o Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system architectures, specifications, pricing, and terms.
o Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially competitive.
o Lead technical discussions and negotiations with customers to address concerns and finalize agreements.
· Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with marketing teams to develop and deliver technical content for marketing materials and events.
o Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the sales management team.
o Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
