HVAC Trainer – System Design, Operation & Maintenance (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Trainer on a part-time basis to design, deliver, and facilitate technical training modules covering HVAC system design, operational principles, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses deep industry expertise, hands-on field experience, and a passion for teaching engineers, technicians, or students.

1. Conduct engaging online and/or classroom training sessions on key HVAC concepts, including thermodynamics, psychrometrics, refrigeration cycles, and fluid dynamics.

2. Teach HVAC System Design principles, including load calculations (Heat Load/Manual J), ductwork sizing, piping design, airflow distribution, and equipment selection (AHUs, Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, FCUs).

3. Cover Operational Management, focusing on Building Management Systems (BMS), controls, automation, energy efficiency, and ASHRAE/ISHARE standards.

4. Guide learners through Maintenance & Troubleshooting best practices, preventive maintenance schedules, fault diagnosis, and safety standards (OSHA/local regulations).
