About this role
What you'll be doing day-to-day.
• Manage complete CFA/depot warehouse operations. • Handle inwarding, picking, packing and dispatch. • Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and stock control. • Ensure timely and accurate distributor order processing. • Coordinate with distributors, super stockists and sales teams. • Monitor loading, unloading and transportation. • Maintain invoices, delivery documents and stock records. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports. • Monitor damaged, expired, shortage and excess stock. • Manage warehouse staff, helpers and support team. • Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and stock security. • Coordinate with the Company Sales/Operations Head and CFA Principal/Owner. • Ensure smooth and accurate depot operations.
What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
• 4–8 years of FMCG/Home Care/Consumer Products experience. • CFA/C&F/Depot/Warehouse experience preferred. • Strong inventory and warehouse management skills. • Good knowledge of local logistics and market operations. • Good team-handling and coordination skills. • Good knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting. • Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented.
