The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for fast-growing startups, EdTech, platform-based, or service industries and be capable of identifying and attracting high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience hiring for startup, EdTech, or service-based industries preferred.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn hiring tools.
What you'll do

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with the branding team for employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
