We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for fast-growing startups, EdTech, platform-based, or service industries and be capable of identifying and attracting high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Experience hiring for startup, EdTech, or service-based industries preferred.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn hiring tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Understand hiring requirements and create effective job descriptions.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

• Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with the branding team for employer branding initiatives.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
