Field Operations
Run, pull, service, and repair Duoline products at onshore and offshore rig sites
Supervise and assist in completion make-up activities across various locations
Ensure all operations comply with HSE, quality, and technical procedures
Client Coordination
Liaise with client representatives (Company Man) regarding field service activities
Conduct pre- and post-job meetings in formal settings
Inventory & Equipment Management
Perform stock checks and report findings for running equipment
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools and equipment
Technical Expertise
Maintain strong understanding of product specifications, running procedures, and relevant standards
Provide feedback on product performance and customer expectations
Reporting & Documentation
Submit accurate and timely service reports to the office
Document field activities, observations, and issues
Compliance & Safety
Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, HSE standards, and procedures
Monitor and maintain valid travel documents, visas, and HSE training certifications
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the development of field service procedures and processes
Identify personal training needs and participate in skill development
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Experience
1–6 years of relevant field service experience
Basic knowledge of OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) is mandatory
Key Skills
Strong technical and operational understanding of field service processes
Ability to work independently in remote/offshore environments
Good reporting and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
