Shop Floor Engineer

We are looking for a Shop Floor Engineer to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure smooth production processes, and maintain quality and efficiency on the shop floor. The role involves coordinating with production teams, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Supervise and manage daily shop floor production activities.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting.

Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with quality, production planning, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

Prepare production reports and maintain proper documentation.

Train and guide shop floor technicians and operators when required.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
