We are looking for a Production Supervisor for our organization to – To ensure smooth daily operations in food manufacturing units, maintaining product quality, safety, and eAiciency. Act as a bridge between management and shop-floor staA, overseeing production schedules, compliance, and workforce performance.
What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
Production Planning: Execute daily and weekly production schedules to meet demand. Quality Assurance: Monitor adherence to food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO). Team Supervision: Lead operators, packers, and line workers; assign tasks and resolve issues. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve eAiciency. Training & Development: Conduct skill-building sessions on hygiene, safety, and machine handling. Reporting: Maintain records of production output, downtime, and manpower utilization.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of food processing machinery, packaging systems, and ERP software. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
