Assistant Manager - Client servicing

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Client Servicing Division in Indore. The role involves managing relationships with existing subscribers, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and generating revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing paid subscribers.

• Engage with clients regularly to understand their business needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Drive subscription renewals by building long-term client relationships.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and value-added services.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.

• Maintain regular communication and follow up with assigned clients.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
