Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Developing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns: Crafting comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, and planning and executing various campaigns across different channels (digital, print, social media, events).

  2. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Developing rapport, understanding customer needs, and fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. This often involves account management.

  3. Presenting and Demonstrating Products/Services: Clearly articulating the value, features, and benefits of offerings to potential customers, often through live demos or presentations.

  4. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Discussing terms, addressing objections, determining prices, and securing sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  5. Meeting Sales Goals/Quotas: Achieving specific sales targets within designated timeframes, which is a core metric of their performance.

  6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

  7. Market Research and Product Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and having a deep understanding of the products/services they sell.

  8. Brand Management: Building and maintaining a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, and managing brand perception.

  9. Content Creation and Distribution: Developing engaging and valuable content (e.g., blog posts, videos, social media updates, website copy, promotional materials) that resonates with the target audience.

  10. Digital Marketing: Managing online campaigns, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising (PPC).

  11. Monitoring Campaign Performance and Data Analysis: Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, deriving actionable insights from customer data, and optimizing strategies based on results.

  12. Budgeting: Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
