Junior Production Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Production Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting in production planning, process improvement, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality and safety standards.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

2. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems

3. Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules

• Monitor production processes and ensure smooth operations

• Support in optimizing manufacturing processes for improved efficiency

• Maintain production reports and documentation

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams

• Identify and report production issues and suggest improvements

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on the shop floor
