About this role

What you'll be doing day-to-day.

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage existing paid clients, ensure customer satisfaction, drive renewals, and generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

What you'll do

The core responsibilities expected from this role.

* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Drive subscription renewals and client retention.

* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

* Handle client queries and service-related concerns.

* Regularly follow up with assigned clients and maintain records.

* Achieve monthly revenue targets.

* Travel locally for client meetings when required.

Eligibility

* Graduate: Minimum 9 months of relevant sales experience.

* MBA: Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience.

* B2B Sales, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, Subscription Sales or Customer Success experience preferred.

* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

* Must own a laptop and two-wheeler.

* Valid Driving License (DL) mandatory.
