Pavement Materials (Under Pavement Engineering)

The Pavement Materials course under Pavement Engineering provides an in-depth understanding of the materials used in the construction and performance of highway pavements. It focuses on how different pavement materials behave under repeated traffic loading, temperature variations, moisture effects, and aging, and how these factors influence pavement durability and service life.

The course covers the engineering properties of aggregates, bituminous binders, bituminous mixes, and cement concrete used in flexible and rigid pavements.
