In my current role as Project Construction Manager at Bin Quraya, I am directing the construction of two 56" diameter, 85 km parallel cross-country gas pipelines for Saudi Aramco's MasterGas Pipeline Phase 3 project. I oversee all aspects of EPC delivery — from FEED and ROW preparation through auto-welding, NDT, HDD crossings, above-ground valve station construction, and pre-commissioning — while managing subcontractor performance, resources, and strict compliance with Saudi Aramco safety and quality standards. This builds on my earlier experience at SAMREF, where I led pipeline construction from FEED through EPCIC handover with zero safety incidents, and at MIS Arabia, where I managed the full project lifecycle across fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Ma'aden clients.

My core strengths span the full project management spectrum: schedule recovery and Primavera P6 planning, contract administration and variation order management, HSE compliance including HAZOP, JSA, and PTW, cost estimation and control, and multi-disciplinary team coordination across civil, mechanical, piping, and E&I disciplines. I am deeply familiar with Saudi Aramco, ASME, and API engineering standards, and I bring hands-on proficiency with SAP (PS module), Oracle ERP, and MS Project. My IChemE Associate Membership and professional background in process operations further complement my engineering and construction expertise.
