Six Sigma Green, Yellow & Black Belt

This course provides a structured understanding of Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques used to improve business and operational performance. Participants learn the fundamentals of process improvement, variation reduction, waste elimination, and data-driven decision-making. The course covers the DMAIC methodology—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control—with practical application to real-world processes. It introduces tools for identifying root causes, measuring process capability, and improving quality and productivity. Participants gain knowledge of process mapping, Pareto analysis, cause-and-effect analysis, control charts, and statistical techniques. The Yellow Belt level builds foundational awareness, while Green Belt develops practical project management and improvement skills. The Black Belt level focuses on advanced statistical analysis, leadership, and complex improvement projects.
