We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment process. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing/Completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment process and sourcing methods.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn.

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions.

• Assist in employer branding and hiring campaigns.

• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
