PLC Engineer – Fresher

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined PLC Engineer (Fresher) to join our automation team. The candidate will assist in designing, programming, and commissioning PLC-based control systems for industrial applications. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in industrial automation and control systems.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering

  • Instrumentation Engineering

• 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)

1. Assist in PLC programming and logic development (ladder logic, function block diagrams)

2. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems

3. Work with senior engineers on control panel design and wiring diagrams

4. Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems during testing and operations

5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports

6. Assist in I/O configuration and system integration

7. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth execution

8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and automation protocols

Technical Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.)

• Understanding of industrial automation systems

• Familiarity with HMI (Human Machine Interface) and SCADA systems

• Knowledge of control systems, sensors, and actuators

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and panel wiring

• Exposure to communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams

• Basic MS Excel and documentation skills
