• The primary duty involves the constant monitoring and maintenance of the switchyard, a crucial component that connects the solar panels' DC power to the grid's AC power. This includes transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, and other high-voltage equipment.

• Ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols within the switchyard is paramount. This involves regular safety inspections, implementing lockout/tagout procedures, and providing safety training to team members.

• When issues arise, the Supervisor diagnoses problems, coordinates repairs, and ensures swift restoration of the switchyard's functionality.

• The Supervisor interacts with grid operators, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficient communication regarding the switchyard's operation.
