What you'll do

The core responsibilities expected from this role.

Daily & Monthly MIS prepration and present to management .

Monitoring the welding process like Robotic Spot Welding (Panasonic), Projection line

Documentation as per IATF 16949 .

Review Manpower Cost , process cost & inventory cost as per target

Daily monitoring Critical P-Y & previous customer defect countermeasures

Maintain Zero Customer defect & Zero QPCR from last 3 Years

Wastage Elimination, and Team works. Reduce rejection level & Rework through continuous up gradation of quality circles to observe better compliance in line with the changing customer requirement.

Implement & Ensuring Shop Floor Practices like, 5-S, Safety, TPM, Man Power Rotation.

Programming and troubleshooting of panasonic welding robots, CNC SPM’s

SAP Knowledge
