The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the edible oil, soy processing, FMCG, or agri-commodity sector, with strong distributor handling and market development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors, dealers, and retailers
Expand market presence and improve product visibility in assigned territory
Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective beat planning
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and promotional activities
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
Handle collections and ensure timely payment recovery
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
Coordinate with internal teams for supply, dispatch, and marketing support
