About this role
What you'll be doing day-to-day.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across construction/projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining quality documentation, and supervising inspection activities to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4–5 years of experience OR Diploma in Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in managing quality for construction/projects Hands-on experience in inspection and use of testing equipment Certifications (Mandatory) Certified Welding Inspector (AWS CWI / CSWIP 3.1) NDT Level II Certification ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA / ASQ or equivalent)
What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
Quality Assurance & Control Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across construction/project activities Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements Conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality standards Inspection & Testing Perform and supervise inspection activities using relevant equipment Coordinate and review NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities Ensure proper documentation of inspection and test results Standards & Compliance Ensure adherence to international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and AWS Interpret and apply standards including ASME Section V & IX, ASME B31.3, API 1104, and AWS D1.1 Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and quality records Track non-conformances and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions Team Supervision Supervise QA/QC inspectors and site teams Provide guidance on quality processes and best practices Collaboration Coordinate with project, engineering, and client teams to resolve quality issues Support audits and client inspections
