Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical)

The Graduate Engineer Trainee will support plant operations in a high-speed FMCG manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of machinery, minimize downtime, and maintain quality and safety standards.

1. Basic understanding of production machinery (conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging machines)

2. Knowledge of preventive & breakdown maintenance concepts

3. Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing basics

4. Understanding of utilities systems (boilers, chillers, air compressors)

5. Exposure to mechanical components like bearings, shafts, gears, and valves

6. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools (for layouts and drawings)

7. Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings

8. Working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and data tracking
