About this role

What you'll be doing day-to-day.

We are seeking experienced and skilled VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Technicians to join our team in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems across commercial and residential projects.

What you'll do

The core responsibilities expected from this role.

  1. Install, commission, and maintain VRF/VRV air conditioning systems.

  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults in HVAC systems.

  3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

  4. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.

  5. Conduct testing and commissioning of HVAC equipment.

  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

  7. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

  8. Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

  9. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
