Assistant Site Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Site Engineer to support on-site engineering and construction activities. The role involves assisting senior engineers in supervising site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards at the project site.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to project execution and site management.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering tools is an advantage.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Site Engineer/Project Engineer in supervising daily construction activities at the site.

Ensure work execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Monitor labour and subcontractor activities to maintain productivity and quality.

Support in site measurements, quantity verification, and material tracking.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Maintain site documentation including progress reports, inspection records, and work logs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at the construction site.

Assist in identifying site issues and support the team in resolving technical problems.

Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on site progress.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Basic understanding of construction processes, site supervision, and engineering drawings.

Familiarity with MS Office and basic project documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work on-site and travel if required.
