Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and responsible Business Development Executive with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing a small team to achieve business targets. This role requires ownership, leadership ability, and strong market understanding.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EdTech domain.

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and corporate clients.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead and manage a team of interns/executives to achieve monthly targets.

  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.

  • Plan outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and business presentations.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.

  • Maintain CRM records and business development reports.

  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams for revenue-focused campaigns.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

    Requirements

    • 1 – 3 Years of experience in Business Development within the EdTech industry (Mandatory).

    • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

    • Experience in team handling or mentoring interns/executives preferred.

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.

    • Strategic thinking with execution-focused approach.

    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth.

    • Strong understanding of digital outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.

    • Leadership mindset with result-oriented attitude.
