About this role
What you'll be doing day-to-day.
We are looking for dynamic and committed Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) for Marketing & Inspection roles. This position involves 100% field inspection work at project sites across India, requiring candidates to stay on-site as per project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering OR
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Gender: Male candidates only
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience
Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Academic Record: Consistently good academic background

What you'll do
The core responsibilities expected from this role.
Conduct field inspections at project sites across India
Prepare and maintain technical inspection reports
Support marketing-related technical activities
Coordinate with internal teams and site personnel
Ensure compliance with technical and quality standards
Travel extensively and stay at project sites as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written English communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of emailing, internet browsing, and online research
Technical report writing skills (mandatory)
Good communication, analytical, and observation skills
Physically and mentally fit for extensive field work
