We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female HR Executive / Sr. Executive to manage recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, HR documentation and employee coordination.
What you'll do

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Communicate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage employee onboarding and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance and HR data.
Coordinate with candidates, employees and internal teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Assist with recruitment drives and HR activities across locations.
Travel Pan-India as required for recruitment and HR activities.
Candidate Requirements
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of Recruitment & HR Operations.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Computer Applications.
Strong coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
