PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) – FEMALE

Female candidate with minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / similar role

Fluent English communication skills are mandatory

Smart, confident, professional and well-presented personality

Comfortable with Pan India travel at short notice

Flexible with travel schedules and business requirements

Good organizational and time-management skills

Able to handle confidential information professionally

Good knowledge of MS Office, email, internet and documentation

Responsible, flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks

Manage the MD/Management's daily schedule, appointments and meetings

Coordinate meetings, calls, travel plans and official activities

Handle emails, calls, messages and important communications

Prepare and maintain documents, reports and presentations

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and business associates

Manage travel arrangements, bookings and itineraries

Maintain confidential documents and information

Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion

Assist management during meetings, business visits and official events

Accompany management for Pan India business travel whenever required

Handle day-to-day administrative and coordination work assigned by management
